TAXES Please note that order(s) shipped outside of Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. SHIPPING TIME All orders are processed and shipped up to two working days from the date when the order was placed. The shipping time as follow : 2~4 working days to Asia, 4~7 working days to Europe and North America, 4~6 working days to Oceania and South America.
RETURNS / EXCHANGED
RETURNS We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return the unused product within 7 days (with the original packaging including hangtag) after the arrival of the goods. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. We don‘t cover the shipping costs of returning your good. Unless the goods is defective or wrong product we offer to you, we will cover the shipping costs. PROCESS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT 1. Please provide the order number and the return or exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org. 2. For replacements, please contact us to cancel your original order and place a new order instead. Re-ordering would not be needed when replacing products of the same prices or when changing product sizes. 3. Send us the item in its original packaging to 3F., No.2, Ln. 7, Baojian Rd., Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City 235, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Please keep the shipping receipt. 4. If the goods is defective or wrong product we offer to you, we will cover the back and forth freight charges. Please provide the photo of shipping receipt to email@example.com. 5. We usually need 24 to 48 hours after the package has been delivered and can thus be subject to refund or shipping the new goods. EXCHANGED & REFUND INFORMATION Product replacement that entails price changes must be canceled and re-ordered accordingly. We shall provide a refund upon receiving the returned package. You will then need to place a new order on the product you desire and complete the relevant transactions. Upon receiving your returned product, it will usually take us 24 to 48 hours to check if the returned product has been used before we reimburse your payment, so do not worry when you have yet to receive refunds after your canceled order has been safely returned. How do I confirm if my order has been placed successfully?
Upon completing the transaction, the system will send a notification to the email that you have provided during registration. You may also use the serial number of the purchase order (PO) and registered email account to login to the website's order querying system and check the progress of your PO.
How do I track the delivery of my purchase?
You will be notified through email for any status update of your purchase. You may also use the order querying system provided on the website to track your purchase as well. After we ship your order, we will also provide you with a set of tracking numbers as well as the website where you can track the progress of your delivery. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please directly contact us through this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your Order Number so that we may cancel the specified order. We will initiate refunding when we receive an unused product returned in its original packaging. Your payment shall be refunded 2 days after we receive the returned product.
I wish to take a look at the actual product. Is there any retailer that offers Fyber Forma products for sale?
We constantly update our list of retailers in various countries (accessible through the RETAILER option in the Store Info section of our website). If you are unable to find a retailer in the region you desire, it means that we are still working on establishing a storefront there. We are working very hard to establish sales locations throughout the world so that people can come by and see the products for themselves.
How to wash bags and apparels made of Tyvek® materials?
We recommend cleaning the product by wiping it with a piece of soft cloth dipped in cold water(30°C↓), soaking, or hand wash(can use laundry detergent). We do not recommend washing the product with a laundry machine. Machine washing would lead to wrinkles and lead to bleaching of colored eyes. Please take note of the following reminders: Do Not Bleach, Do Not Dry Clean, Do not Tumble Dry, and Do Not Iron.
Is there any warranties for Fyber Forma products?
We provide a 14-day free replacement for any inherent defects that are not intentionally caused. Calculations of the 14-day grace period will depend if it's purchased from a store or online. For store purchases, please refer to the date of your invoice. For online purchases, please refer to the date in which the product was delivered.
Are Fyber Forma products completely water-resistant?
Tyvek® is an extremely pure environmentally friendly water-resistant material with no post-processing waterproof coating. This is why the material could retain water-resistant capabilities after extended periods of time. However, since the product is not assembled using water-resistant strips or heat sealing, water may infiltrate the product through the seams, knitting lines, or non-waterproof zippers. We recommend protecting the product from heavy rains and avoiding aquatic sports to prevent damaging the interior materials. Please note that this product is not 100% water-resistant and should not be used during diving or other forms of water sports.
Can the apparel series be used as a form of raincoat?
Fyber Forma is marketed as a stylish apparel and should not be regarded as an active apparel with specialized outdoor functions.
Would I feel stuffy wearing this apparel?
Yes. Our products are water-resistant and windproof, and would be very effective trapping heat within the jacket. Hence, Fyber Forma apparel is usually worn on the outside during autumn, winter, and early spring.
Is your product divided into male and female styles?
Our apparel series are Unisex and is not inclined towards any gender. Please select the one that best fits you from the standard sizes available.
Is Tyvek® vulnerable to cracking, contamination, or bleaching?
Tyvek® is composed of continuously interwoven fibers, giving it high strength and anti-tearing properties. Avoid sharp objects to prevent damage. Excessive rubbing may also result in fabric pilling. Do not expose the product to environments higher than 104 degrees. Contamination would be more obvious for products with lighter colors (such as white or light gray), but these can be cleaned by wiping. Lighter colored products would gradually change color over time. Darker colored products, on the other hand, would suffer from mild pilling as a result of excessive friction.
